Used goods, however, can carry a remainder of manufacturer warranty, or come with a Dead on Arrival (DoA) warranty only. Either way, you will always be kept in the loop.

Typically, local warranty claims undergo assessment within approximately one week, during which we await feedback from the ICT distributor or manufacturer. In cases where a formal assessment is required by the warranty provider, the procurement of replacement parts (if applicable) may take up to four weeks. However, please note that the duration can vary depending on the product, manufacturer, and availability of parts.

Used ASIC miners undergo a rigorous two-pass Quality Assurance (QA) process upon being purchased or imported by us. Our dedicated technical team carefully evaluates the physical condition and mining performance of each miner. As part of the QA process, the miner is run for several hours to stress test its functionality.

To be resold, a miner must pass all QA tests, hash at the expected rate, and exhibit no issues with its control board, hash boards, or Power Supply Unit (PSU).

However, given the nature of used ASIC miners and the fact that we have no control over their usage once they leave our premises, we are unable to offer any warranty for these products. Nonetheless, we take our QA processes seriously to ensure that only quality-approved miners are sold.

Before delivery, every used miner undergoes a final test and is accompanied by a video recording to provide evidence of its working condition. In the event of any issues, we strive to offer support through electronic channels.

All new ASIC miners come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically between 3 to 6 months depending on the manufacturer. In the event that a warranty-related claim has to be made, the client will have to ship the ASIC miner back to the manufacturer on their own cost. Sell Your PC has a Dead On Arrival (DOA) agreement with most of our suppliers of brand new ASIC equipment. Under this agreement, we open and test all brand new ASIC miners when they are delivered to our office. Every new miner undergoes the same 2-pass Quality Assurance (QA) process that used miners undergo.

Every single used miner that is sold is spun up to give a final test before handing it over to the client. Each sale is accompanied by a video that is recorded of the miner to provide proof of its working condition. Should the client experience any issues, we will do our best to provide support via electronic channels.

If you wish to return an item to us within 7 days of purchase without it being faulty, please be aware that a restocking fee of 30% will be applied if the return is accepted. It is important to note that all returned items must be in their original unused condition and with their original packaging. Any signs of use, wear and tear, or damage may result in the return being declined at the discretion of our staff.
